Key Pillars

Our Working Strategy

Education

Educate the community on the gaps in both gender empowerment and social welfare protection. This is a key pillar for our organisation. It is noteworthy that we provide both mentorship education programs and
support education through scholarship.

Social protection is a major gap in gender equity, especially for young boys, given the narratives are being PRESUMED to favor girls. While this is not true, it is imperative to provide both an education and social protection to young boys against such toxic belief systems.

Mentorship

Mentorship is another gap that cause gender divisions. Lack of sufficient mentorship has led young boys into consuming harmful digital content, some of which balkanize them into incels and malechauvinists. One of AWB key mission pillars is to provide proper mentorship channels.

Consultation

Organizations have to work together to achieve
parity. Similarly, addressing these divisions
require concerted efforts between both genders
and all stakeholders. This is why among our key
mission pillars is Synergy.
